1. How do I place my order?
As simple as that:
PLEASE NOTE: Tees are only held for you once you place an order. Adding a tee to your cart does not guarantee that you'll be able to purchase it at a later date. It's possible for an item to sell out while in your cart.
- Browse through the catalogs for women and men until you find the item(s) you wish to purchase.
- From the product page, click the size and gender you'd like to buy. You can click on "Your Basket", in the up-right corner, to place your order or keep shopping for more.
- Once you've added all the items that you wish to purchase to your shopping basket, you can begin the checkout process. This process involves 5 steps; Review Your Order, Shipping Information, Shipping Method, Billing Information, and Place Your Order. You'll then receive an order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive a final email stating so.

2. How do Gift Certificates work?

- You are the one to choose the amount of your gift. It starts from €23 to infinity and beyond.
- if you want your friend to afford two t-shirts, you should give €50; three t-shirts, €75; four t-shirts, €100...
- Our Gift Certificates are electronic only.
- When you purchase a Gift Certificate, it will be sent via email to YOUR email address. You can choose to print it, or forward the email to your friend.
- Watch out!!! Don't put your friend's email in the checkout process, or she/he will receive your purchase confirmation and billing information. (Ruining your surprise!)
All you need to know when you RECEIVE a Gift Certificate:
- To redeem your Gift Certificate, you need to enter the code during the checkout process and click "OK".
- If the gift certificate amount exceeds the order total, a new code will be sent to you worth the remaining balance soon after your order is done and confirmed. If the gift certificate doesn't reach the order total, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance with another payment method.
- You can use it to purchase any product you want in the catalog.
- The Gift Certificate expire one year after the issue date. You will be given another year after the code is expired to contact us and get a new code, worth the remaining value.
- Gift Certificate are not refundable.

4. How much will shipping cost me?
Costs vary based on ship location, the weight of the items in your order and the shipping method chosen. To determine the cost of shipping, simply add the items you wish to order to your basket, and open it. On the shipping cost line, you can choose the country of destination, it gives you the price of athe cheapest shipping without having to place an order.

7. How do I know what size I wear?
The measurements of each product are on the Size Chart in the product pages , so we recommend measuring a t-shirt that fits you well. To determine the width, measure just under the armholes. To determine the length, measure from the shoulder seam to the bottom seam of the tee. Compare your measurements to the size chart to see what size best suits you.

9. What are the battle rules?
Battle rules are:
- In each battle are engaged two designs of similar style or theme.
- Users, vote by clicking a button below the design picture; users can only vote one time per battle.
- The battle is done when the countdown is over.
- The design getting the greatest number of votes wins the battle.
- The winning design is then printed on a garment (t-shirt, tank top, dress...).
- All users who vote for the winning design, win a €7 coupon code, this coupon is valid for 14 days after sending of coupon by email, only for the items embellished with this very design.
- Duration and frequency of battles are at Battle tees sole discretion.
10. Why a battle?
Because it's awesome, because people have the right to express what they want, because there's always surprises, least but not last, because people love to to battle. It can as well be for a lighter topic as art on t-shirts.
11. How do I know if my design will soon be engage in a battle?
As soon as we get a new design, we check it. If your design is relevant to our interest in term of style and level, we'l let you know by email within 48 hours of the great chance it has to be engage in a near coming battle.
You can also check the Battle Schedule, to see if there is room left for rumble!
If you're longing for a good old battle, and nothing come's up, you can contact us, there might be room for you, but we might not find a solid contestant for your style or theme right now. Let us know and we'll spread the word at our designer community through the blog to see if somebody wants to knucle up with you.

12. What do I earn when my design is printed?
We organize Contest based on selected themes and special techniques.
The winning artist gets a direct payment of €100, €200, and €400, for the printing of 50, 100, and 200 pieces. (Always based on 2 €/printed garment).
The 2 best designs are then selected to participate to a battle, in which the people vote and choose a winner.
The winning designer gets the amount primarily announced in the contest.
The licencing payment is directly processed after signing of the licencing agreement.
